Roeder kind of reminds me of Rioch

Never really achieved anything asa manger but not a disastrous record either. Small and big club experience. Similar characters too. Let's hope he gets better backing from the board than Rioch. Let's especially hope he doesn't get Hamilton as an assistant (involuntary shudder)
