David O'Leary-tipped as Fergies successor when at Leeds, poor at Villa, now out of work....

Jewell-dreadful at Bradford, came good at Wigan...

....so much depends on the club a Manager goes to, their circumstances, his outlook, current capability, loads and loads of things. I'd list more examples like the above but don't have time-but no-one should be judged on what they did before they came to us (or anywhere) but on what they actually do in the HERE AND NOW!!
