Need a lippy bastard in team

Have just heard Graham Taylor commenting on and agreeing that the "Kaiser"s view that the England team is too quiet.
I suggest the same goes for City. Taylor said all teams need a Tony Adams, Gascoine , Alan Ball or even Bellamy who are constantly bollocking their team mates when things go wrong. He also said these types were always the hardest to manage.
Duffy referred to the dressing room as being full of shrinking violets, hence bringing in Hartson.
