For me, Roeder isn't a bad appointment. I feel more confident than I did about Grant.

But the problem is exactly the same as last time - the board took too long to take action - worthy had nearly a whole season more than he deserved and Grant might have been able to do a bit more with players like earnshaw and saf around. This time, our managerless period has cost us points and time, and I'm not even Glen Roeder can turn things around.
