I can understand the board going for roeder in one sense...

Every job he has ever had has been with a club in bad situations with confidence low.. he should know by now what it takes to get a team out of this postion and raise confidence levels.. and lets be honest about it jewell was never a realistic option for us, just like curbishley wasn't last time around... roeder could be good for us if we all get behind him! :)
