Close the Academy.
Interview each player at length in the manner of a job interview. Work out who wants the job and who doesn't. Get rid of those who don't.
Get the players in for double training, and find out the true extent of ongoing injuries.
Get rid of the long term sick.
With the 5 players you have left, work out some sort of strategy to win enough games to keep us up. Alternatively, get replacements in pdq.
