As with so many areas now

it seems the younger the better. Aren't that many young managers doing well generally though, are there?

I also think the Norwich / Ipswich connection ruling people's hearts and minds so ridiculously is crap. If there were a few other clubs around geographically it wouldn't be so much of an issue, but there you go. Neither side can let it go.
