Otsemobor maintained the mood among the players during training had been good, but come 3pm Saturday they seemed unable to turn their preparations into performances on the pitch.

"A couple of weeks ago if you said to someone 'come and watch us train Monday to Friday' you'd wonder how we get beat or how we could play so poorly come the Saturday," he said, speaking to the EDP.
"Come Saturday everything seems to fall apart and we can't put our finger on why we are doing so badly at the moment."
