If it is between Jewell, Allen and Roeder
I would be very happy, if it was in that order - Jewell's to turn down I would imagine, but failing that Allen would be good and I can't see him turning it down. I wouldnt be too disappointed as he is a good manager (nobody does well at Newcastle), but my worry with him is that he wouldn't kick our players into touch like they currently need.
Ideal scenario would be, Manger: Jewell
Director of Football: Glenn Roeder
