Its not so much about doing things differently but making the right decisions

The board have proven themselves incompetent at making the right footballing decisions.

We have a joke of a youth system that does nothing but churn out League 2 quality players.

We have a joke of a management team that's seemingly tactically inept.

We have a joke of a scouting network that fails to turn up any half decent players.

These are areas the board has a direct responsibility to get right but they are failing miserably.
