I don't disagree. I put more blame at the players than the board or Grant.

In an ideal world we would bring in performance related pay. But this is football. It doesn't work like that.

So, because people want more money spent on shaking up the system, more money is required which has to come from somewhere. With a fairly rigid income from tickets, due to the large number of (relatively cheap) season tickets, the club HAS to attract what money it can from other streams. At present regardless of what people want to think, there isn't outside investment on a grand scale.

Hence the bricks. Hence the solitary floodlight being on last night. What is the club supposed to do ?
