Early Morning Musings...

...because putting the clocks back always buggers my own inbuilt timepiece...

1. The Paul Jewell musings, at first fanciful, then speculative, are now becoming tiresome and desperate. Can we move on now please? PLEASE?

2. Whatever the Observer writer is on (is it IED freelancing?) re.us and Holloway, can I have some of it?

3. Someone wrote last night that we need a complete and utter clear out, new coaching staff from top to bottom, and I concur-less Ricky Martin, who is doing a good job and who could be another Bothroyd. Indeed, its an appointment that is often meaningless but I would like us to get an experienced and knowledgeable person in as a Director of Football/General Manager.

4. Whoever comes in HAS to pay attention to the Academy and start preparing the players there for 1st team football at the earliest possible opportunity-either that or ship them out.

5. Send Jimmy Smith back to Chelsea as we are clearly going to f**k up his career if he stays here.
