He had experience.

Experience of getting us promoted. Experience of failing in the premiership. Surely that put him in a perfect position to learn from his mistakes the first time around.

Instead we get him booted out because he's too irish, now we get Grant booted out because he's too scotish.... doesn't anyone see the trend emerging?

We get an unexperienced replacement for Worthy, we sack him, in comes another unexperienced replacement. Time to get used it. Unless one of them turns good, which Worthington obviously did, he got us promoted ffs, we'll constantly sack untried managers for years to come.

Didn't Charlton stick by Curbishley as he was yo-yoing up and down from the premiership. That's what should've happened with Worthington, give him a chance to get us back again, like we knew he had the ability to do. oh well, lets all look forward to sh!t untested managers as we nose dive down the football league!
