Martin Jol - apparently - is on his way to Norwich. He started to confirm his poor start to the season with Spurs once he knew that Grant had left Carrow Road and the manager's job was available. In an exclusive interview he stated that the long history of close relations between Norfolk and the Netherlands was instrumantal in his decision... not to mention the ambition and energy of the NCFC Board who have promised unlimited funds and decided to sell their interest in the Holiday Inn Complex - and other off field investments - as a gesture of good will. 'Their dynamic vision for the future of the club has impressed me greatly', said Jol as he travelled into Norwich on a National Express Coach, his ticket (and sandwich) paid for by the Doomcaster. 'I'm sure I can turn things around', he vowed, as he was welcomed by a handful of season ticket holders sporting their new limited edition first team season ticket holder only shirts... a proud display of one the most cynical marketing strategies employed by the club in recent years. 'May as well milk them while we can', said the Doomcaster as he hustled the ex Spurs man onto the back of hs Vespa and whisked him off to Colney to see the future...
