It was a weird adult fairy tale thing. The puppets were very brightly coloured. It was

exceptionally dark, the seats were a bit hard and there was a tincture of must in the air.

Things may have improved since I went, but I was impressed.

Afterwards we zoomed up to the Wig and Pen.
