The fan base

not quite as massive as it was. Just over 19,000 in the ground for Scunthorpe - and I've heard a lot of people, including me, say they won't renew for next season.

We have had 2 good seasons since 1993. We're heading back to a league we haven't been in since before I was born.

Finances next year will be hampered by the huge amounts to be repaid on property loans.

I wouldn't touch the job with a barge pole.
