Good management is all about making sound judgements

the future is always uncertain. But good management is making sound jugements about it. If I was in charge of a business unit at work, invested money in a project which slumped, I lost a load of money, I'd be sacked. No one would sit around saying, "oh poor old him, if only he had hindsight". Doncaster, IMO, should be sacked. Obvioulsy we can't sack Delia as she owns a huge share of the club. But she should be asked to sell and let others make decisions, as she has been found wanting.
