I dont want Allen. The last thing we need is somebody else to shout and shout at our players. This must have been happening with grant and duffy and they obviously take no notice. We need a calm manager that is good tactically and can work with the players to get confidence back. The only explanation for the degree of our decline is that there must be major splits in the squad.
