Confused by fans

What do our fans consider 'high calibre'. Is it only Paul Jewell & Steve Bruce and do they feel a youngish manager who has done well at Championship and/or lower levels is not up to the standard we require? Me I'd take Tilson, Williams, Grayson even Parkinson & Allen etc way ahead of some of the'names' mentioned
