Lausanne, Montreux, Evian, even Thonon

So much nicer than Geneva. And within an hour you can go from sunbathing by the water to waist-deep snow at the top of an alp. If I ever move overseas, that's the area I'll probably end up (though I am totally in love with the Dordogne valley as well...)
