How can we appoint a caretaker manager

Who's been assisting the bloke who left last week for the past 6 months.
Surely they were agreeing on team selection, Subs etc

We needed a clean slate maybe Ricky Martin for a couple of games.

it's ok the board saying it's only for 3 games that could be 9 points down the swanny!!!!
