all these interviews. Ok so you have to meet people but let's face it footballers aren't really going to interview that well, are they?

This appointment (unlike the last one) should be based on the applicants' PREVIOUS RECORD(s) at other clubs, NOT on how they come across at interview.

Which is why I think we should have made an appointment by now. The Board should have known what they were after and have found it (either amongst applicants or by head-hunting).

If you're buying a house and you look at too many it becomes very difficult. If you know what you are after and go for it, it's easier.

If we're not careful while we're interviewing people Duffy will be losing games.
