they know that anything they say at the AGM will be in the public domain.

Grant got loads of stick for publically slagging off the players and now the Board are getting slagged off for not doing the same. It does seem that some people are determined to criticise WHATEVER the Board do (short of doing the impossible, like conjuring millions of pounds out of thin air)
