I would be surprised if they had the balls to replace like for like.

And whatever you think about Grant, he wasnt a dullard. He was a gamble - something a bit different. Cheap? Maybe - again, we'll never know if that was the thinking behind his appointment.

With Grant, I just think they saw Boothroyd, they saw Coleman. They saw an intensely driven person with impeccable integrity, and a burning desire to do well. They obviously didnt see a lack of management skills - which was (in an understatement) pretty much the problem.
