Do a total media blackout, like me.

Mobile is going off at 16:00, I'm taking no calls from clients all afternoon, email is going off, work and personal, and I'm driving home with the radio off at 18:00 at a million miles an hour.

However, if you haven't already set a timer to record the game, that might not help you.
