I'm doing an AB Media Blackout.

From 4pm, my email is going off, my headphones are going on (they are mostly pretty much every day, anyway, but I'll turn them up to eleven) and I'm not having the radio on in thew car on the way home.

Then I'll get home and watch it off of dvd.
