I'm with Free.

Gives me a number so that I can dial landlines in the UK. Doesn't cost me a penny in call charges. Internet, for a 2Meg line, which is the best I can get, is 29,99 euros per month.

From what I can gather they all seem to be relatively similar in price and service (although it's always worth considering whether you want to keep the France Telecom landline, the others are notoriously bad for getting line problems fixed). Although Orange are bringing one out which includes a mobile too for not much more.
