In summary - there seem to have been a number of "top of the market investments", hotel, office space, corner infill etc. Worthington's one year rolling contract also springs to mind here.

The Community corner infil is a prime example of this, with plenty of spaces now on a match day. Provided we sell the space we're ok, but this may not be the case in future, especially with regard to office space.

But - one more season in the Prem may have been enough to cover all of this. So all very well saying we should have spent more on players, but this may not have worked and we could well have been in a worse position.
