I have a theory whereby the world has gone to hell in a handcart because some accountant realised one day that he could send out secret messages, unencrypted, simply by putting them halfway through a Finance Statement.

If you trawl through the post above you might find it says "we've worked out another way of getting at the proles' money - it's like this.....".
