Yes I saw those. It was this bit that I was really pointing at:

"....he is one of those mangers who persisits with players and tactics even when both are not working. Its a stubbon streak that infuriates me and one that decreases his ability as a manager in my oinion. The 'Iam always right attitude...."

It's one of the traits displayed by our recent managers and often pointed to on here as a problem
