dilemma help please

i'm the manager of a championship side with a nice stadium. we're getting better each season, and after a good start lie 5th in the table. decent shout of the playoffs and prem football. then maybe a bigger job.

but there's a side in the bottom 3 who want me to manage them now. they haven't scored in 6 games, are playing terrible and have no money to spend. and when they were spending, i was offloading one of our players to them for far more than he was worth.

what should i do please?
