On a less serious note, I've had in my possesion for sometime a plaque

from Duncan Forbes testimonial (found it on a car boot for £2 years ago) its a proper metal engraved plaque quite large, its got the club bade on it & inscription reads thank you for your support during my testimonial year, i was once told it was 1 of 10, anyone shed any light on this?
