dilemma help please

i've taken a small club from obscurity to the premiership after decent financial backing from a very rich owner. i've kept them in the premiership and now feel i need a break from football. i've probably paid my dues, and deserve a shot at a bigger prem club. anyway, this team with pretty much no money who lie 3rd from bottom of the championship, have approached me about becoming their new manager. doesn't look to be an injection of cash forthcoming and the team is playing some of the s**ttest football in living memory with no star players.

what should i do please.
