Are "we" to blame a lil?

When Worthy went, I wanted an honest, passionate young and up coming guy who would try the youth, ship out the old stock, bring in the new....

And I got it. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone either.

Now we want a old head, who has been in the job for a while, who wont shout on the touchline, who will defend the players in the Media, knows what is needed to drag us out of the quagmire.
