Neil joined Norwich City in 1997 as Solicitor & Company Secretary and was promoted to the position of Head of Operations in 1999. Neil was then promoted to his current role as Chief Executive in 2001.

Neil serves on the Board of Directors of the Football League and is currently also a director of FL Interactive Limited, the company which runs over 75 FA Premier League and Football League websites. He is also Managing Director and Chairman of EventGuard, a subsidiary company of Norwich City Football Club, which specialises in the provision of event stewarding and security services.
