Playing in a crap team in the prem. Because the team is much worse than its competitors, it's not creating the little chances and half chances he feeds off. So he's not tearing up trees and so he's not getting picked and so on and so on.

Earnie's genius is as a finisher, pure and simple. It's no use having someone like that in a team which can't create.

I shouldn't think his bank balance has any regrets. But he left WBA cos he was pissed off with sitting on the bench, so I shouldn't think he's TOO happy.
