i agree that we have more problems than just the manager, the board does need a new

injection, most likely from new personnel and income. however i feel our squad is decent enough that with a decent manager who plays the right tactics, can motivate the players, and can give them a kick up the arse when they need it, we can be a decent top half championship side. obviously we feel we should be in the premiership, which is why we need this board to back the manager with funds, so long as they are spent wisely, or a new board with new ideas and new money, so we can get back in the premiership. i honestly believe we should be a premiership team, and whilst we have no god given right to be there, we should give ourselves every opportunity to get back there and stay there.
