My only plea to Delia & Co. Get some experienced help when selecting the new man.
Its clear that the board struggle with what qualities a manager should have. Realistically their only appointment from outside have been Rioch and Grant, neither of which have been great successes.
Time for a little humility and get some professional help in the next selection.
