When I started my career I was nowhere near 'management' material. And now I am. It's all about experience, really. In the respect you have to blame the board for recruiting an untested applicant. But back to the point, I think he's shown potential. None of his signings could be considered flops. People are too soon to forget some of the great (away) results he got us last season. True, he's made some bad team selections. But you cannot forget that he was building his team around certain players that left (Etuhu, Earnie), and they were swept away from under his nose (get out clauses engineered by agents and the board). It's easy to make Grant a scapegoat for recent failings, but everything about this club has been a shambles since that horrible day at Craven Cottage. Let's wipe the slate clean, end all this negativity and enjoy a new era. OTBC. Onwards and upwards!!!!
