Cut the crap

Let's cut all this rubbish out about Grant leaving with his head held high. The man was a disaster area and should have gone weeks ago. At least things have happened this time around whilst we still have enough time to bring things round. Problem is the new guy will have to ship half the team out as they simply aren't good enough. New man, new approach and Paul Jewell come on down.
