one job too early.
He has messed up big time with some decisions and comments especially re:Hux & Cureton.
But as many very good coaches have found out its difficult making the step up to manager ie:Kidd.
He needed to take a step further down ie:SPL or League 1/2 then apply bigger.
But ultimately it was the Board's fault they left it too late with Worthless then had to go cheaper option just when we needed experience.
