Huckerby's form has dipped dramatically since Grant's arrival... coincidence?
Cureton's form has dipped since being openly criticised by Grant after the Barnet game. He's certainly a lot less selfish now... shot shy almost.
Man management is not Grant's strong point.
Neither is tactical awareness.
Doesn't leave much does it.
Football's as simple as you want it to be. You pick a formation the players are comfortable with; you pick a side that's settled (injuries/suspensions allowing), and you let the side play and let the opposition worry about you.
Adams last night said it wasn't all Grant's fault because he hasn't been able to pick a settle side... well after the Man City game (easily our best performance) he had the chance to and didn't take it - too much meddling.
It's clear to me that our best players aren't playing for Grant and the rest of them are slacking on the back of that.
