I disagree that they all love it..I think the younger ones still do but...

with time and realisation, it becomes as you say a job...its the same with all of us, the sheer exasperation wears us all down in the end.

Also the players will be frustrated because they want to be winners not anything to do with Grant and letting him down.

Very few players love a club anymore, Hucks was a big fish in a small pond and loved what he got from that but does he really love the club, I don't think so
