Hoddle

Can't work with "average" players.

Relatively successful with England and Chelsea because he had good players to work with.

Indifferent at Wolves because he didn't-would be coaching complicated European techniques involving sweepers and a spare man behind the midfield three and they would all have been scratching their heads and thinking "...what the f**k? Lets just hoof it anyway..."

Same thing would happen at Norwich. Probably worse.

Doesn't account for his success at Swindon of course, but they soon sank without trace again-funny to think they've been in the Premiership now!
