Well, the honesty thing is annoying me a bit. It's wonderful if he is a postman, but

he's not. He's a highly paid manager in the media spotlight, managing highly paid employees at a company with a multi-million pound turnover.

Being honest is a virtue, but not being open the way he is. He is not a good football manager, which is way more than what happens on the field.
