Football is a simple game, why must he complicate it?

Grant accuses the players of being thick so why does he make it so f*****g complicated.
He has a defence that is adequate (Sky kept referring to the defensive record) he's got a midfield that can't create and forwards he messes about with. Huckerby only useful (just) wide left, Croft only useful wide right. While confidence is low he might as well have Brown and Strihavka up front. It wont be pretty but it might turn things around.
