Ten ( non hindsight ) Grant mistakes

the combined effect of which is likely to cause him to lose his job or resign ( in no particular order of significance):-

1. Alienating Saffri and thus forcing him out ( he could do nothing about Earnshaw and Etuhu)
2. Giving Drury a 4 year contract
3. Making Shackell captain
4. Spending nearly a million pounds on Marshall ( Gilks and Lewis would have been fine)
5. Failing to ( using the Marshall moneys) get in a centre half
6. Replacing Hunter as his number 2 by bringing in Duffy thus forcing out Hunter
7. Failing to sign a creative midfield player to replace Saffri
8. Tactical selection- not settling upon a consistent formation and playing players out of position.
9. Playing players when ill or injured .
10. Mishandling new players- signing Stihavka ( reasonable decision) and then not playing him ( pointless )

There are probably more but 10 is enough to be going on with.
