Croft tried for a while, I though

which meant he stuck out like a sore thumb for quite a while

thing I'm not sure of is which is more depressing - the ones who aren't trying (particularly hucks) or the ones who plainly just can't play (Lappin, Otsomobor).

At least Hucks might make an effort in the future I guess. But it's like a partner cheating on you - could you ever quite forgive?
