I'm sick and tired of seeing a side totally lacking commitment and passion.

In the times gone by, Norwich have had bad teams. We've had bad players, bad managers and even worse members of our board room, but the one thing we've never lacked is passion.

I've always been proud to be a Norwich fan because I thought that every man who pulled on a yellow and green jersey would pull it on with pride and passion and that would reflect in the performance.

Since our relegation from the Premiership, I've seen season after season of Norwich teams that have failed to show this passion and commitment that has always made me proud to be a Norwich fan.

Even since I've seen glimpses of a side who show those qualities. But in this side it's been totally absent. For the first time in my 15 year span as a supporter, I'm ashamed to support the club I do.

More importantly, I want it sorted f**king quick.
