Neil Warnock-Think On, This Is Why...

...if our current squad are going to throw their toys out of the pram because Grant and Duffy shout at them and aren't afraid to have a go, how do you think they are going to react to someone like Warnock?

We are a football team-or were-we need a footballing football Manager, if you see what I mean, not a Warnock, not another Grant, but someone who preaches and plays football and who can communicate with the players properly and make them aware of whats needed without the carrot and stick.
